ANNOUNCEMENTS

Teachers: We are putting together our classes for the Fall. Thank you to all who are teaching. We are off to a great start! To make it the best fall semester ever, we still need teachers to fill some gaps. Recently a survey was sent out to see what classes families were interested in seeing. Please see our list of interests and the times we are trying to fill and see if you anything sparks your interest. If you would like to teach please reach out to classdirector@hche.org.

Vital Partners: It’s not too late to become a Vital Partner. Click HERE for open positions. Please stop by Guest Services to sign up.

Finance: Family balances are now past due. If you have not paid your bill, please stop by Guest Services or contact finance at financemanager@hche.org. All balances must be paid prior to requesting a registration appointment for the fall.

Dress Code Reminder: As the weather begins to warm, please remember that High Country has a dress code that we encourage students as well as parents to follow. All HCEC participants and families are encouraged to dress in a modest, tasteful fashion.

Appreciation Week - April 22-23: We set aside a special time each semester to show appreciation to those who serve HCHE so faithfully. Is there a Teacher, Vital Partner, Staff Member, NLC Hospitality Staff member or another parent who has made your time here especially meaningful? Here’s your chance to let them know with a note of thanks, a homemade treat or any “special something.”

Mark your calendars! Beginning April 25 online registration appointment requests open. This will be in the new database. Attend the Parent Meeting for details. Registration volunteers do not need to request an appointment but will automatically receive an appointment time.

Mandatory Parent Meeting Families will request their appointment in the new database. To ensure a smooth transition we are asking a parent from each family to attend one of the following mandatory meetings.

  • April 22nd 11:00am or 1:00pm, room 243
