REMINDERS

As the weather cools down, we would like to share some important tips for staying healthy this winter. We’ve already noticed an increase in student absences due to illness, so we’re asking for your help in keeping both students and staff well.

Please keep your student home for treatment and observation if they have any of the following symptoms:

● Fever greater than 100.4 degrees—Note that your child may return to school only after his or her temperature has been consistently below 100.4 degrees for a minimum of 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medications such as Tylenol.
● Vomiting
● Diarrhea
● Chills
● General malaise or feelings of fatigue, discomfort, weakness or muscle aches
● Frequent congested (wet) or croupy cough

We would also like to remind families that it is important to take care of the facility we are provided with. Please be sure to remind your students to clean up their areas at the end of the day. Thank you for helping us to take good care of New Life Church.
